One of the things that companies do that annoys me to no end is “up selling” particularly when I am already calling for an issue that needs to be resolved. My thought is lets try getting the first thing right before we attempt to move on to something else. Who ever had the brilliant idea to ask an already annoyed to potentially irate person if there is something else they can do for them or decided that is the perfect time to pitch an “offer” that will cost additional, truly has no people skills. Attention all you companies out there, attention, this is a NO! NO! You’re really just ticking people off.
